What we collect, why, and what you can do about it.

Who we are
Rabetta is a creator marketing agency. We connect brands with creators. This policy explains how we handle personal data when you use this website or contact us. For anything about your data, write to contact@rabetta.com.
What we collect
When you send us a message through the contact forms. Brands: your name, company, email, website (if you add it), what you want to promote, budget range (if you pick one) and your message. Creators: your name, email, link to your channel, platform, follower count and your message. You choose what to write, so please don't send anything sensitive.
When you email us. Your email address, your name if it shows, and what you write.
When you visit the site. We count visits with a privacy-friendly statistics tool. It reports things like which pages were opened, roughly where from (country level), the type of device and the browser. It does not use cookies and does not build a profile of you.
Why we use it, and on what basis
- To answer your message and, if you want to work together, to arrange it. This is needed to take steps at your request before an agreement, and it is in our legitimate interest to reply to people who write to us (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (f)).
- To understand how the site is used and keep it working. This is our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)). The data is anonymous in practice and we do not use it to identify you.
We do not sell your data. We do not use it for automated decisions.
Who handles it for us
- Hostinger hosts this website.
- Web3Forms delivers what you type into the contact forms to our email inbox.
- Google provides the email service we use to receive and answer messages.
- PostHog provides the site statistics. We use its European servers.
These companies act on our behalf and only for these purposes. Some of them process data outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, it relies on recognised safeguards such as the EU standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. We may also share your details with a creator or a brand when you ask us to introduce you.
Cookies
This website does not set cookies and does not use tracking pixels or advertising tools, so there is no cookie banner. If that changes, we will update this page and ask for your consent first.
How long we keep it
We keep your message for as long as it takes to handle your enquiry and any work that follows from it. If nothing comes of it, we delete it, normally within 24 months of the last contact. We keep records we must keep by law for as long as the law requires.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, limit how we use it, or give it to you in a portable format. You can object to us using your data on the basis of our legitimate interest, and you can withdraw consent at any time where we rely on it. Write to contact@rabetta.com and we will answer without undue delay.
You also have the right to complain to a data protection authority. In Poland this is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), uodo.gov.pl. You can also complain to the authority in the EU country where you live or work.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
